So, I found a this website
Lia Griffith with a how-to and template for paper feathers! I don't usually like doing things like this, because I make 3-4 cards at a time, which makes it time consuming. I have a cousin who is getting married in a few weeks, so I need a few ideas for a wedding card. This is the 1st idea. I printed the template on plain white cardstock, scored down the center of the feather, and then cut fringe on both sides. Using my SU Lumiere paint and Pearl Ex powders, I painted the feathers.
